Shabbat

We welcome you to join us as we greet the Sabbath through friendship, song and prayer. Shabbat is a time to stir your soul and rejuvenate your spirit. What makes our services so special are the opportunities we have to sing our hearts out, enjoy a bit of silence, and to share a moment of connectedness and community.
For more information, click here to download our Welcome to Kabbalat Shabbat Guide (PDF).
Friday Kabbalat Shabbat: We invite you to join with us at 5:30 pm for Nosh, light the Shabbat candles as a community, then enter the sanctuary at 6:15 for a highly participatory service filled with prayer, music, and song.  For more information, please contact Sheana Abrams at (602) 971-1234 or sabrams@templechai.com.

Prayer Lab: Informal. Accessible. Personal. Our Prayer Lab service is for all those who want to delve more deeply into the Shabbat experience. We will take the powerful themes of Shabbat “off the bimah,” and put them into your hands for personal contemplation and inspiration. It will be welcoming for beginners and thought-provoking for those already comfortable with prayer.

Shabbat AM!: Saturday mornings with varying dates and times. All are welcome to join us for our Shabbat morning worship experience. Call the Temple office for schedule.

Tot Shabbat: On the first Friday of each month at 5:00 pm, we offer services for daycare/preschool aged children. Join us as we sing songs, hear our Rabbis tell a story, say blessings, and eat some challah. Enjoy social time following the service with snacks for all.
