Lucy Greenbaum grew up in Phoenix, AZ and is proud to say she was very involved at Temple Chai in her youth. From youth group to songleading, Temple Chai is where Lucy found her spirituality and her identity as a Reform Jew. She attended Washington University in St. Louis where she received degrees in Psychology and Global Health, and in her free time led services at Hillel and was the Music Director of the university's premier Jewish a cappella group, Staam. After graduating, Lucy began working at Congregation Shaare Emeth in St. Louis, MO where she is currently the Director of Music Engagement.

Lucy is able to inspire individuals and build community through her music, including writing liturgical melodies. In 2018, Lucy was selected as one of JRR’s Jewish Stars, and through this opportunity she recorded her latest song, L’takein. Previously in 2017, Lucy recorded her debut EP, Sing Your Strength, with Kosher Style Records. Lucy's music can be found anywhere music is streamed or sold online.
