Nicki is an accomplished Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 18 years of experience, including a decade in Child Welfare. She holds degrees in Psychology and Bioethics from American Jewish University and a Master's in Social Work from Arizona State University. A member of Temple Chai for 24 years, Nicki participates in the adult choir and the Dorot ensemble, and has been a Girl Scout troop leader and Wildfire Elementary PTO enrichment chair. Supported by her husband Jeremiah and their children, Sophie (9) and Zachary (7), Nicki's dedication to community service and youth development is evident in her extensive involvement.
