 Director Debbie Popiel White (right), pictured with Brittany Ehrenfreund, receives $1,000 grant from The Ron Barness Family Center for Tzedakah and Social Justice Youth Endowment Board. The Board consisted of 30 teens from grades 8th through 10th. Their mission was to distribute funds to worthwhile causes. After a lengthy process, the early childhood center’s scholarship fund qualified. The Temple Chai Childhood Center can now help one more family with their tuition next year, thanks to the generosity of the Barness family and the entire Youth Endowment Board. |

“Every blade has its angel that bends over it and whispers ‘Grow, grow’” – The Talmud As we sow the soil and plant the seeds, the roots of Temple Chai Childhood Center are growing strong. Our Early Childhood program nourish the souls of our children and help them to establish their Jewish roots. Our experienced based curriculum is about creating little menshes. Children learn through play to express themselves, interact effectively with peers and adults, cooperate in groups and have fun. |
